What Would Cause the Black Rubber Door Gaskets of Dishwashers to Break Down, Leaving Black Residue Everywhere?
wally1 asked:
After about 3 years, the gaskets of my Asko dishwasher get gummy, resulting in the deposit of black gunk particularly on plastics, even plastic parts of the dishwasher. Changing the detergents does not seem to make any difference. I had the same problem with similar black gaskets on a Bosch dishwasher! Has anyone else experienced this problem?
