Can I Put the Dishwasher Tablet in the Bottom of My Dishwasher?

I have done that for the past 3yrs and no problems what so ever.
The door is just a timer releasing the powder during certain cycles.
You will be fine just putting it on the bottom.
Sure. When the wash cycle starts it just opens the door and does the same thing. Washer starts right out filling the tub anyway.
You bet you can… I have a new dishwasher and have to do this due to the stupid door not opening properly. It works fine !!
